Microgreens, Broccoli, Pea Shoot, Purple Radish Blend

From the abundance of Vitamin C and B (seven times the vitamin C of blueberries and eight times the Vitamin B9 = folate of bean sprouts) pea shoots are an excellent source of fiber, protein, and iron. They contain also phytoestrogens with cancer-fighting properties.

Broccoli microgreens are young broccoli plants. Lab studies show they contain compounds that have anticancer activities. Preliminary studies are being conducted to see whether there may also be some benefit in humans. Other studies suggest that broccoli sprouts can help eliminate environmental toxins and protect against some viruses and bacterial infections.

Purple Radish contains powerful antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help prevent the buildup of harmful free radicals, which are highly reactive compounds that form in the body and can cause damage to cells as well as chronic disease.
